My Dream Last Night

In an instant, my mind was traveling through the clouds of memories with wings. When I was a young boy, I was already training to become a skilled hunter, for my father was the most famous hunter in our hamlet. I always looked at him in utter awe. He was tall, strong, proud, battle-hardened, and also kind. Every time he went out to hunt, he always came back with his hunted animal. Like crocodile, a tiger, and even a bear. The hamlet was always safe because of my father, and I was determined to become a hunter like him in the near future. However, fate was too cruel. One day, my father and I were walking along the road of the hamlet, talking about what I would like to do today. I told him that I would like to go hunting with him, and he just laughed, telling me that he will take me to hunting when I am older. Then, we heard the unmistakable blow of a horn that spelled only one thing; a dangerous beast had come. My father immediately took out his knife, and shoved me behind him. We waited, but the beast did not come. Then, when I turned my head I saw the beast. It was an enormous hog, already charging toward us. My father covered me with his body, and braced himself for the crash. I cried and told him to run, but he smiled and replied to me to become strong and protect my mother. As soon as he finished saying, I felt a drop of tear on my face, then all I saw was red. I felt my father and me flying through the air, crashing to the ground. Villagers came running in our direction, and the hog ran away. I shook my father again and again as he lay in a pool of his own blood. I did not want to believe that my father was dead, and struggled viciously when the people tried to take me away from my father. I cried, and shouted angrily. Later, at my father’s funeral, I stood motionless, holding my grief-stricken mother. I had received the heirloom of my family, which is a Gorham knife made out of the purest and the strongest of gems and the thickest oak tree. As I held the family heirloom in my hands, I swore that I would hunt down the beast till the end of the world even if it meant my own death. Only to find out after a while that everything was just an epic dream. I took these pictures 1 year ago in the rain forest of my province while hunting that's why i decided to include it here as a background because somehow it's related...
